Foundation for Community Health is a private, not-for-profit foundation serving the greater Harlem Valley of New York and the northern Litchfield Hills of Connecticut, FCH works to create the conditions required for health, well-being, and equity. Our organization has evolved from a cold-weather shelter into a comprehensive housing services provider. Our new name reflects our expanded reach and year-round mission.
