The Housing Collective operates through a collective impact model. We collaborate with and coordinate among an extensive network of partners working toward a common goal: end homelessness and ensure access to stable, affordable housing is available for everyone.
The Campaign School at Yale has one mission: Political parity. TCSYale endeavors to increase the number and influence of women in elected and appointed office in the United States and around the globe. We are a nonpartisan, issue-neutral political campaign-training program.

The CT BHP is a Partnership that consists of the Department of Children and Families (DCF), the Department of Social Services (DSS) and the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS). Community Health Network of CT work with patients, healthcare providers, community organizations, and governments to solve complex healthcare problems. It is through their work with Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) recipients that they improve the health and lives of Connecticut residents.

The Department of Housing (DOH) strengthens and revitalizes communities by promoting affordable housing opportunities. DOH seeks to eliminate homelessness and to catalyze the creation and preservation of quality, affordable housing to meet the needs of all individuals and families statewide to ensure that Connecticut continues to be a great place to live and work.

Our mission is to provide access to justice and protect the critical civil legal rights of low-income individuals and families through representation, systemic advocacy, advice, collaboration, and education. We serve low-income families in 122 of the 169 Connecticut communities (our sister agencies serve areas of greater Hartford and greater New Haven). Our service area includes hundreds of thousands of families eligible for our services.

Rehabilitation Services (BRS) is part of Connecticut’s Aging and Disability Services (ADS) and helps people with disabilities get ready for, find, and keep jobs. We offer many services tailored to your needs to help you succeed. BRS supports people with serious physical or mental disabilities to prepare for work and grow in their careers. Our goal is to help people with disabilities find competitive jobs.

Along with organizing the recovery community (people in recovery, family members, friends and allies) to 1) put a face on recovery and 2) provide recovery support services, we also promote recovery from alcohol and other drug addiction through advocacy, education and service. CCAR strives to end discrimination surrounding addiction and recovery, open new doors and remove barriers to recovery, maintain and sustain recovery regardless of the pathway, all the while ensuring that all people in recovery, and people seeking recovery, are treated with dignity and respect.

The Department of Children and Families’ (DCF) vision is that CT's children are safe and sound and that they live with loving and supportive families. We partner with communities and families to raise resilient, thriving children. DCF also protects children. We serve as the State's lead agency for kids' mental health.

The Department's responsibility now extends to the reentry of offenders, supervising their return to the community. While our primary mission is to provide safety to the community, our staff and inmates, the Department also provides special assistance to Homeland Security, the State Police, the Department of Transportation and other state departments during emergencies and times of statewide need.

DSS serves about 1 million residents of all ages in all 169 Connecticut cities and towns. It supports the basic needs of children, families, older and other adults, including persons with disabilities.

The mission of the Connecticut Fair Housing Center is to ensure that all people have equal access to housing opportunities in Connecticut, free from discrimination. In support of our mission, the Center conducts statewide education and outreach to ensure residents understand their fair housing rights and works with state and local governments, housing professionals, and others to promote compliance with federal and state fair housing laws.

The Connecticut Justice Alliance is a youth-adult partnership working to end the criminalization of youth. CTJA works to keep children and youth out of the legal system by disrupting and dismantling the pathways that funnel children and youth into courts and prisons. We also work to make sure youth who are detained, incarcerated, and involved in the courts and legal systems receive safe, fair, and dignified treatment.

While the organization’s roots are in substance use treatment, we have grown to provide behavioral health, addiction and criminal justice services. Our outpatient, community and residential programs serve adults and adolescents throughout Fairfield and New Haven counties.

Desegregate CT is a Pro-Homes coalition of neighbors and nonprofits advocating for better local & state land use policies to make every community in Connecticut more prosperous, equitable, and sustainable.

DVCC’s role is to help those experiencing any level of domestic violence and assist them in building a safer environment for the well-being of themselves and their families. Our services include housing and financial advocacy, legal advocacy, trauma-informed individual and group counseling, and emergency safe housing. All victim services are free and confidential.

The Community Services Division (CSD) in Stamford is located at the Franklin S. DuBois Center (FSDC) and serves the greater Stamford/Norwalk area. FSDC is responsible for providing ongoing, individualized treatment to persons living in the community with severe behavioral health disorders who are publicly insured, uninsured and in some cases underinsured.
