Who We Are
The Housing for All Network is a program of the Housing Collective together with the Connecticut for All Justice Fund and our many partners in regions across the state.
Program Director
Margaret LeFever serves as the Director of the Housing for All Program at The Housing Collective in Bridgeport, CT. A resident of Hamden, CT, Margaret has a decade of experience in homeless services and community engagement in Connecticut. Prior to joining the Housing Collective, Margaret served as the Director of the Greater New Haven Coordinated Access Network with United Way of Greater New Haven, managing the emergency homeless response system in one of Connecticut's largest metro areas. Margaret holds an MA of Public Administration from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT and a BA in Interdisciplinary Health Services from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA.

For 20 years, we have served as a backbone organization, helping partners work across boundaries to reduce homelessness, expand access to affordable housing, and build systems that support long-term housing stability.

Bay Point Tenants Union
The Bay Point Tenants Union is a chapter of the Connecticut Tenants Union (CTTU) formed by residents at the Bay Point Apartment complex in Niantic (East Lyme), CT.

Beth-El Center
For the past 40 years, the Beth-El Center has provided emergency food and shelter programs for the Greater Milford community. While shelter saves lives, housing ends homelessness. Beth-El Center is determined to create a space in which unhoused people can access the appropriate housing-specific and support services necessary to end their homelessness and prevent recidivism.

Coalition on Diversity & Equity (CoDE)
The Coalition on Diversity & Equity (CoDE) is a 501(c)3 nonpartisan, educational organization, serving the communities of Andover, Columbia, East Hampton, Hebron, and Marlborough. CoDE is led completely by volunteers, who are active members of their community. Our mission is to build more diverse, equitable and vibrant communities. Our goals include increasing community awareness and equal access to housing, education and jobs.

Commons Community Development Corporation
The Commons Community Development Corporation was created to address need for affordable housing beginning in Hebron and eventually expanding to other communities within Connecticut. Currently, too many individuals and families, including those who work in high income towns with little affordable housing, cannot afford to live there. This includes young professionals, families and seniors.

Community of Hope is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to restoring hope and rebuilding lives for women in southeastern Connecticut.

CommUnity Street Ministry
Community Street Ministry is an active grassroots, multi-denominational organization in New London County dedicated to serving individuals experiencing homelessness and families in need. They operate through community partnerships to provide physical and spiritual aid, including clothing, toiletries, hot food, Bibles, and prayer.

Congregations Organized for a New Connecticut (CONECT)
CONECT is a collective of churches, synagogues, mosques, temples, and civic organizations from New Haven and Fairfield Counties that have joined together to take action on social and economic justice issues of common concern.

Keeping North Stonington Affordable
KNSA’s mission is to ensure that the people of North Stonington, and those wishing to live here, can find housing within their budgets. By using available private and public funding We will provide affordable housing options for first-time homebuyers, seniors, renters and those who otherwise cannot afford to live in North Stonington. We will do so in a manner which enhances our community while retaining the rural character of our town.

LISC Connecticut
Since coming to Connecticut in 1984, LISC has invested more than $94 million in grants and loans. LISC works in cities including Bridgeport, Hartford, New Britain, New Haven, and Waterbury, helping local organizations develop affordable housing and create partnerships that strengthen neighborhoods by enhancing resident quality of life, expanding economic opportunity, and closing racial wealth, health, and opportunity gaps.

Naugatuck Valley Project
Founded in 1983, the Naugatuck Valley Project is a network of 23 dues-paying congregations, local labor unions, housing cooperatives, and ethnic organizations. The NVP’s leaders and members work together to build power to affect systemic change for the improvement of their local communities. The NVP builds its power through intentional relationship building, leadership training, issue exploration, and direct-action activities.

New London Homeless Hospitality Center
The Homeless Hospitality Center is a place of safety and welcome to adults facing homelessness in southeastern Connecticut. About 600 people will seek help this year. We welcome every individual as our guest at our shelter and Daytime Hospitality Center on State Pier Road in New London.
