Diversion and Housing Resolution Two-Day Training

This two-day Housing Problem Solving training on April 27 and 28, hosted in partnership with Listening Group LLC, is designed for service providers to strengthen diversion practice, trauma-informed engagement, and housing conversation skills.

Trainings emphasize collaborative problem solving, strengths-based engagement, and approaches that improve both client outcomes and staff sustainability.

Across communities nationally, Housing Problem Solving has supported stronger housing exits, reduced returns to homelessness, and improved staff confidence when navigating complex situations.
