Anna Hong serves as the Vice President of Finance at The Housing Collective, bringing to the organization a rich background in corporate and nonprofit administration, financial planning and analysis, and process optimization. Anna blends analytical problem-solving with a forward-looking vision to ensure long-term financial sustainability and operational excellence.

In her role with The Housing Collective, Anna leads the organization’s fiscal strategy, specializing in financial planning and data systems optimization to enable data-backed decision-making. As a mission-driven leader, Anna is dedicated to translating financial data into actionable strategies that support and empower the organization and its network of cross-sector partners. 

Hong holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. from the Columbia University School of Engineering. Outside of her professional work, Anna loves traveling and exploring museums.
