This inventory – updated annually by the Northwest CT Regional Housing Council – identifies affordable housing developments in each of the 21 towns that the NWCT Regional Housing Council covers. Residents can use this list, which includes information on each development’s owner, income requirements, and more, to get in touch with the property manager and find out if there are housing opportunities available.
