Purpose
The ODI Program Associate will collaborate with an interdisciplinary staff of collective impact practitioners, homeless service providers, and community partners working together to collectively identify and build upon community driven and data informed solutions to solve homelessness in Western CT.

Responsibilities
The Program Associate will be responsible for supporting the ODI senior staff in achieving ODI short and long term goals and building ODI’s impact in the sub-communities within the Fairfield County and Northwest CT Coordinated Access Networks (CAN).
- Maintain the By Name List (housing waitlist) including a weekly upload of newly added, ensuring sub-community preference, and housing updates, to be used during Housing Solution Meetings.
- Update Coordinated Entry Events and other required information in the client management data system (CT Homeless Management Information System).
- Manage administrative tasks for the ODI program, including taking meeting notes and tracking follow ups, back end support for meetings and trainings hosted by the agency, and create flyers and promotional materials for events.
- Attend all in person Housing Solution Meetings in each sub-community (Bridgeport, Norwalk, Stamford, Danbury, Waterbury/ Litchfield County)
- Review all housing paperwork, submit to the appropriate agency, and provide technical assistance and support to agencies on how to complete all forms.
- Draft materials such as meeting agendas, meeting presentation decks, and narratives for program reporting.
- Work in close collaboration with the ODI senior staff to develop and implement projects that advance system improvement.

- Driver’s license and daily use of a reliable and properly registered and insured motor vehicle.
